Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

At NainSukh, all exchange, return, and refund requests are handled through a structured inspection and approval process to ensure fairness and quality assurance.


Eligibility Timeline
  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

  • Claims initiated after this period will not be entertained.


Products Eligible for Return
  • Sunglasses

  • Frames (ordered without lenses)

  • Colored contact lenses (without power)


Products Eligible for Exchange
  • Sunglasses

  • Frames (ordered without lenses)

  • Colored contact lenses (without power)

  • Make-to-order glasses and lenses only if the customer experiences:

    • Visual discomfort

    • Vision-related issues

    • Any problem directly linked to lens performance or fitting

Exchange Options
  • A similar product

  • Any product of equal value available in-store
    (Subject to availability)


Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
  • All make-to-order glasses and lenses (unless approved due to vision-related issues)

  • Products purchased from clearance or sale

  • Any product on which:

    • Prescription lenses have been fitted or altered outside NainSukh

    • Frames have been modified, adjusted, or damaged by a third party

Important: If a frame is purchased from NainSukh and prescription lenses are fitted from another optical store, the product becomes strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Condition Requirements

All items sent for return or exchange must:

  • Unused

  • Have original tags intact

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be returned in original condition without scratches, damage, or alterations

Failure to meet these conditions may result in claim rejection.


Return, Exchange & Refund Process
  1. Initiate your request via WhatsApp at +92 330 6711167

  2. Our team will review your claim and may request images for initial assessment

  3. If preliminarily approved, the product must be sent back to NainSukh for physical inspection

  4. Final approval is granted only after inspection by our quality team

  5. NainSukh reserves the right to accept or reject any claim after inspection


Refund Policy
  • Refunds are processed only after:

    • The product is received

    • Inspection is completed

    • The claim is officially approved

  • Refunds are issued via:

    • Original payment method (where applicable)

    • Bank transfer (mandatory for Cash on Delivery orders)

  • Refund processing time: within 7 days after approval


Claim Processing Time
  • Initial claim review: up to 48 hours

  • Inspection after product receipt may take 2–5 working days

  • Replacement, store credit, or refund is completed within 7 days after approval


Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us for inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to:

    • A manufacturing defect

    • An incorrect item sent by NainSukh
