    • frames (if ordered without lenses)
    • contact lenses (colored, without power)

    • frames (if ordered without lenses)
    • contact Lenses (colored, without power)
    • contact Lenses (with power, both colored and transparent)
    • all make-to-order glasses and lenses if the customer feels uncomfortable, has any problem in vision or any related issue
  • Products that are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
    • all make-to-order glasses and lenses
  • When products can be returned or exchanged:
    • 15 days past purchase date
  • In what condition can items be returned:
    • lightly worn
    • with tags still on
    • original packaging
    • original condition
  • What products can be returned for:
    • refund in the form of online payment within 7 days after the approval of claim
    • store credit valid for 1 year
    • any product of equal value from the store
  • What products can be exchanged for:
    • a similar product
    • any product of equal value from the store

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • All products that are purchased from clearance cannot be returned or exchanged
